I’m so excited to be partnering with Trista from Andersons Angels again! We partnered together when we first started Fitness Friday last year, then she took some time off when she had her baby – now she’s back! YAY!
How Was My Week?
My week went pretty well! I only worked out a few times and they were easy workout… basically just ‘kept going’ but didn’t out-do myself like I should have. I am noticing a little loss in my tummy – It’s probably just from eating less and using the wraps since I didn’t over-exert myself much with workouts this week.
As far as eating went, I pretty much stuck to fish (tilapia), fruit (berries), and salads this week. I did drink way too much coffee though. I ran out of my Ganoderma coffee (healthy coffee) last week so that’s a bummer. I need to place another order. I did take in a lot of water though, so that’s good.
Wraps. I’ve been wrapping. You know, those body wraps called “It Works” – I’m reviewing those. I’m about to use my 4th wrap and wow – what a difference. It’s really amazing! I need to get some butt-kickin’ workouts done so I can really take advantage of this! I have before and after shots of each wrap and I hope I have the guts to share them… I’m liking these after results but the before pictures are EWWWWW. So I’m obviously pretty self conscious of those. Not sure if I’ll actually be able to go through with those before shots haha.
And I just got accepted – I AM A #SweatPink Ambassador – WooHoo!
I’m super excited.
I applied for the #FitFluential ambassador program along with the #SweatPink ambassador program (<—That’s my page!) and now I’m in BOTH! I’m totally stoked about that. It really gives me great motivation to keep going… I’ve lost over 20 lbs. and I’m really excited to keep going and get this last 15-20 off! Right now, I’m just looking to tone up. Losing 20 lbs has left me really flabby.

***By the way, I’m looking for HEALTHY SLOW COOKER recipes – if you have any, share them! I don’t have time to cook, I need to use my slow cooker. Between therapy coming over all week long for Jack, and doing daycare during the day time, I just don’t have time to “cook”. Plus slow cooker meals seems to feed my family of 8, and if not, I just double the recipe.
***I am also looking for HEALTHY SMOOTHIE or JUICING recipes that I can give Jack. He sees a nutritionist once a month and we’re trying to get more calories, fat and nutrition into him. If you have a healthy recipe, please share!
