I’m so excited to be partnering with Trista from Andersons Angels again! We partnered together when we first started Fitness Friday last year, then she took some time off when she had her baby – now she’s back! YAY!

How Was My Week?

Pretty good!

I only walked/ran 3 times this week. I got in a total of 8 miles. We had planned on going out 5 miles on two different days but circumstances kept getting in the way, like yesterday it rained. And I’m still really slow. But that’s okay.

No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everyone on the couch.

I did manage to do the T25 workouts three days this week. I’m hoping I can do 2 workouts tonight and then two tomorrow and I will be caught up. The first workout called “Cardio” just about killed me! I was SORE the next day!

Weight Loss and Inches Lost

My weight has stayed the same but I feel like I’ve lost some fat in my stomach area. I did take my measurements because I was in a challenge in one of my fitness groups. Today is the last day. I ended up losing a total of 14 lbs. and 7 inches. That’s only my loss for this challenge. I’m actually down 23 lbs total since I started in July.

I’m Rapping’. Wait no, I’m WRAPPING.

I am also doing a review for Southern Wrap Girl 84 – I’m reviewing IT WORKS body wraps. Not sure if you’ve heard of “that crazy wrap thing” – but I’m giving it a shot. You place these body wraps on your body for 45 minutes. Then over the next 72 hours, it’s supposed to tone that area and loosen the fatty cellulite in that area and it leaves your body kind of like detoxing. You’re supposed to drink a ton of water to help detox and get it all out. I’m on my first wrap (later today is my 72 hours) so I will be measuring tonight to see what I lost from the first wrap. I have a total of 4 so I will write about my experience when I’m done.

**By the way, I’m looking for healthy crock pot recipes – if you have any, share them! I don’t have time to cook, I need to use my slow cooker. Between therapy coming over all week long for Jack, and doing daycare during the day time, I just don’t have time to “cook”. Plus slow cooker meals seems to feed my family of 8, and if not, I just double the recipe. I need smoothie ideas too, I’m getting bored with the same old fruit!

  2. This is just awesome. I hate when people give the excuse that they don’t have the money for a gym… it is truly getting up and even walking to the mailbox, or parking further away, it is the little steps to get to the big ones.

  3. You remind me to do my hula hoop and jumping rope. It has been three days since the last I work out. It has been so cold.
