I’m so excited to be partnering with Trista from Andersons Angels again! We partnered together when we first started Fitness Friday last year, then she took some time off when she had her baby – now she’s back! YAY!
How Was My Week?
Eh, not that great. This is the 2nd week in a row that I had a bad week. I tend to get busy during the daytime with Jack’s therapies throughout the week and then by the end of the day I am in panic mode trying to catch up on blog work. Workouts have taken the back seat. Since Jack wasn’t feeling that great, I didn’t do my 2nd two wraps either. He’s eating and drinking more than he’s nursing but I still felt like I shouldn’t detox during a time when he might need to nurse more. I will probably wrap tonight and again on Monday night. Those will be my final two and then I will give my results.
I obviously haven’t lost any more weight. I’m looking forward to losing a little more with these next two wraps though. I keep looking at my before and after pictures and I love what’s happening to my body.
Now that the cold weather is here, we will be getting our membership back at the gym. I plan on adding weights to my routine so I’m looking forward to that too. I will be doing the T25 videos at home along with weights at the gym.

***By the way, I’m looking for HEALTHY SLOW COOKER recipes – if you have any, share them! I don’t have time to cook, I need to use my slow cooker. Between therapy coming over all week long for Jack, and doing daycare during the day time, I just don’t have time to “cook”. Plus slow cooker meals seems to feed my family of 8, and if not, I just double the recipe.
***I am also looking for HEALTHY SMOOTHIE or JUICING recipes that I can give Jack. He sees a nutritionist once a month and we’re trying to get more calories, fat and nutrition into him. If you have a healthy recipe, please share!
