At the beginning of the year, I started hosting my Fitness Friday meme again. A friend and I had hosted together part of last year but then life got busy and we quit. Now that I’ve been doing Fitness Friday again for almost the first half of the year, I’d like to change things up a bit. Up to this point, me and my teen girls have only been exercising only a few times per week and our diets have improved – but are still slacking. Now it’s time to kick this up a notch with a little more exercising, some juice detoxes and a natural probiotic. My Family is Getting Healthier with a Healthy Diet, Exercise and a Natural Probiotic

My family isn’t the easiest to deal with when it comes to sticking to healthy, clean foods. For example, my hubby is great at eating salads, chicken, fish and some fruit but he hates veggies. One of my teens daughters loves salads, all fruit and a lot of veggies. My other teen daughter and my son hate salads, all veggies (seriously, they will die if I forced them!) and a lot of fruit. This is so difficult to deal with so we’re sticking with a small list of basic foods and they can all pick and choose what they decide to eat.

Here’s our basic list of must-have’s each week:

  • cherrios, rice crispies
  • egg white muffins with sausage, cheddar cheese, veggies
  • salads
  • chicken breast
  • fish
  • veggies
  • fruit

We’re doing a LOT of juicing with our fruits and veggies and that kind of helps with our sweet cravings.     Actually we do… even my kids do. My little Man was having tummy issues until he went on a probiotic and life went much smoother.
