Boost Your Immune and Fight the Flu with Puritan’s Pride Supplement Giveaway #FightFlu

Puritan’s Pride provided me with the products you see below. All opinions are my own.

Hi Everyone!

I’m super excited to bring you this awesome giveaway sponsored by Puritan’s Pride today because it’s all about staying healthy naturally and you know that’s one of my favorite topics!

When my kids come to me with a sore throat or an ear ache, they know what I’m going to say… ‘grab the vitamin D3! Grab the coconut oil and garlic, cinnamon and local honey’ and probiotics. Not only when we feel like we are coming down with something, but as soon as school is back in session in August, we usually need to boost our immune systems so we start taking vitamin D3, vitamin C and we start eating more garlic, cinnamon and we start getting weekly adjustments at our chiropractor/holistic doctor and we clean out our gut with regular probiotics. We do this for a few weeks before school starts and then continue for about a month. Then when fall hits, and we lose our sunlight and warm weather, we start this routine back up again and continue until spring comes back.

Having 6 kids who attend a total of 4 different schools… and my hubby who works with hundreds of of kids daily, along with me who runs a home daycare… we don’t stand a chance of staying healthy without taking extra measures like this to boost our immune systems.

Now I have a few more supplements to add to our list because Puritan’s Pride just sent me 5 bottles of supplements! These supplements are awesome because they can help to boost your immune to help fight this season’s nasty viruses and sicknesses.
