Our Quick Visit to SeaWorld

Yep, that’s what I said… our QUICK visit to SeaWorld. We planned on staying at SeaWorld all day and doing everything possible but it just didn’t work out.

We had issues.

Florida just didn’t like us this week haha.

We left home without our double stroller so I carried Baby Jack into the park with my Boba… and it was hot. Since it was so so hot, and very uncomfortable to baby wear, we decided to rent a stroller right away before doing anything else. We actually didn’t think that was going to work out very well because they ended up being they hard plastic type that will not recline and does not have a good buckle. Baby Jack had just started sitting up the week before, so he was still weak and would get tired quickly.

Check out the pictures from our visit to SeaWorld

Gracie loved touching the stingrays!
We saw this pirate show, very cute!

We only were able to see a few things and about 2 hours into our visit it started raining… and never stopped. It ended up turning into an thunderstorm. We decided to give up and head back to the car.

As you can see, we were sopping wet. Even the stroller had standing water.
It rained so so bad. And Baby Jack was such a trooper! He was sopping wet but never once fussed.
When we left, I had to carry him again in the baby carrier, but it was down pouring out so bad that I had to cover his face with my shirt… the rain was just hitting us so hard.
As you can see, Gracie was having fun though. The parking lot was flooded and she enjoyed splashing around on the way to the car.

Thanks SeaWorld… but we’ll have to come back, it just didn’t work out this time.
We visited Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom the day after this… be sure to stop over and read Our Not-So-Magical Visit to Disney if you get a chance. I also decided that after our chaos in Orland, I should probably share some simple tips for visiting Disney that I wish I would’ve known sooner.

Have you been to SeaWorld?

What did we miss?
