Pursuant to the provisions of this pregnancy, you are hereby given an eviction notice and notice to vacate, on or before April 25, 2009, the premises and appurtenances owned by MOMMY, which premises are now occupied by

The reason for this eviction notice is:
Occupant is being evicted due to breech of contract and destruction of property. Expansions only to the front of the house, within reasonable limits, were discussed. Not only have these limits been exceeded, but additions to the back and upper level of the house were also made.
Remodeling and gutting of the home was never approved, nor was changing the initial layout and base structure. Due to property damage caused by these unapproved renovations, there are now leaks in both the upper and lower levels of the home.
On top of which, the landlord has received numerous complaints about nightly disturbances (parties).
The current tenant has 60 days to gather her belongings and vacate the premises. After 60 days from this day if you don’t comply with this notice it will result in immediate and forceful removal at my discretion.
